The following form will allow you to order additional e-mail boxes to your existing account.

**Please provide the username(s) you would like to request and the "Real Name(s)" of the person(s) that will be using it. Keep in mind, these additional accounts cannot be used to connect to the Internet; only for e-mail.
Submitting this form will generate a request to Iowa Telecom Customer Service. We will e-mail an updated Account Settings Document to the Primary Account Username listed above. This will include the new username(s) and password(s) to begin using the service. If a requested username(s) is already in use and is not available you will be contacted at your primary Iowa Telecom e-mail address to choose an alternative.
If you need more than 5 e-mail accounts, you can obtain them for only $5.00 per month. Please call toll free at 1-877-901-4692, Monday - Friday, 7am-7pm to request additional e-mail accounts.
